• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites • Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business • Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives • Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools • Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement • Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training • 3+ years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction roles • Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
