📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain C++ applications and libraries • Lead and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions • Optimize software for performance, scalability, and reliability • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner • Contribute to continuous integration, deployment, and DevOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent college or university degree (master's/diploma/doctorate) in Computer Science or equivalent • Proven successful delivery of working software in a complex working environment using Qt framework • Ability to apply AI assisted development (e.g. using Co-Pilot, Agentic Development) • Good working knowledge of secure coding practices • Proficient professional software development experience with multithreaded application C++ (C++11/14/17 or later) • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms • Experience with cross-platform development (Windows and Linux) • Knowledge of Git, CMake, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing • Experience working in SAFE, Agile, and/or Scrum teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Prior experience of mechanical engineering, vibration or fatigue analysis and signal processing would be an advantage but is not required • Highly flexible, accountable, and takes ownership • Ability to support cross-team collaboration • Track record of applying new technologies such as AI • Support, actively promote, and champion HBK values
