📋 Description

• Executes customer projects by assembling teams, delegating responsibilities, developing schedules, and acquiring resources to ensure project completion. • Provides management and customer support while partnering with sales, customers, merchandising, and vendors, ensuring department standards are communicated to project specialists, customers, and support staff. • Works closely with customers to conduct thorough property walks of renovation project, measuring and reviewing available products, while upselling additional products to enhance the customer experience. • Inputs data into appropriate systems, generating quotes, orders, presentations, and reports that support the organization mission to deliver exceptional service. • Acts as a liaison between sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and ensure timely availability of delivery of products for renovation projects. • Oversees and harmonizes plans and schedules from all participating functions, ensuring compliance with the master schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • 3+ years of field project management
