• Source top talent for technical roles (Product, Design, Engineering) using proven and creative approaches • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other channels • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and share market insights • Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required) • Skilled with Gem and Greenhouse (highly preferred) • Experience applying creative sourcing strategies such as market mapping, engaging niche networks, leveraging events, and crafting differentiated outreach • Sourced across a range of technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth companies • Thrive in a metrics-driven environment, balancing speed with quality • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by challenging searches • Ability to conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure positive candidate experience
