📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients. • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate client data within the MedRelease platform. • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation experience. • Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues promptly. • Track and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely client activation. • Provide status updates and communicate progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders. • Maintain a strong understanding of HealthMark's service lines, processes, and technology to support client needs effectively.
