📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of hotels • Drive revenue optimization, commercial performance, and talent development across the organization • Evaluate market conditions, forecast demand, optimize pricing, inventory controls, market segmentation, and distribution strategies • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings, providing guidance on pricing and demand forecasting • Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and future demand to develop revenue strategies • Ensure compliance with company revenue management standards and reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including multi-property responsibility preferred • Previous experience as a Director of Revenue Management with at least two major hotel brands strongly preferred • Prior leadership experience developing and managing high-performing revenue professionals • Expert knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, pricing strategies, inventory controls, forecasting, and distribution • Strong financial and analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and identify trends
