📋 Description

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets • Gather, document and analyse customer requirements • Produce detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices • Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions within Benifex technology • Identify risks, exceptions and edge cases early • Design robust end-to-end processes and workflows • Deliver solutions focused on user experience for employees and customer administrators • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders • Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams • Support product development initiatives with customer and market insights • Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required • Improve best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards • Share knowledge and support development of others • Research and expand understanding of the global benefits landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment • Proven ability to deliver multiple customer projects simultaneously • Experience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations • Strong ownership mindset with a completer-finisher approach and high accountability • Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging the status quo • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to varied audiences • Confidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy and fairness • Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset • Comfortable working with technology and logical process design • Experience in the benefits/HR/technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role is a bonus
