📋 Description

• Identification and acquisition of new customers • Independently manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing • Conduct sales negotiations and presentations, including preparing proposals • Sell services and software products related to our ECM/EIM portfolio • Continuously develop and expand customer relationships through relationship management • Analyze trends and customer needs to optimize the sales strategy • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for defined target markets and industries • Participate in industry events, trade shows, or webinars to raise brand awareness and generate leads • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities after contract conclusion • Work closely with adjacent departments such as PMO and Consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, IT-related studies, or commercial vocational training • Several years of experience in sales or sales-adjacent roles involving software solutions and/or business applications • Experience and expertise in digitalization and automation of business processes, as well as IT-strategic topics • Confident, professional presence in customer meetings and technical competence in IT solution sales • Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills • Goal orientation and sense of responsibility • Assertiveness and a strong ability to close deals • Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Ideally, prior knowledge of industries such as social services, municipal utilities, or energy and utilities
