📋 Description

• Participate in a variety of inbound customer service projects for clients • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing • Answer customer questions and resolve issues • Deliver a positive customer experience • Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Work closely with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in an EU country outside Germany • Must have a registered business with a VAT ID • Previous experience as a customer service agent or in a similar role • German proficiency at C1 or C2 level, spoken and written • Friendly, solution-oriented approach with confident verbal and written communication skills • Basic proficiency with common tools and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems • Must be officially registered as a freelancer and authorized to work within the EU • Dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
