📋 Description

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle email correspondence on behalf of executives • Organize travel itineraries, book accommodations, and ensure smooth scheduling • Track executive projects, prepare reports, and manage deadlines • Draft, proofread, and translate correspondence in both English and Spanish • Maintain organized records, prepare presentations, and manage confidential information • Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items • Assist executives with personal and professional administrative needs as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities • Must be able to work during US business hours • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
