📋 Description

• Conceptualize striking retail displays that blend beauty with practicality • Respond to creative briefs with clever, commercially aware ideas • Design fixtures and component parts while considering materials, cost, and sustainability • Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation decks • Collaborate with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production • Pitch and present ideas directly to clients and incorporate feedback • Embed sustainability through material choices, reduced carbon footprints, and modularity • Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines • Push creative boundaries in the retail space

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design • Strong portfolio showing the design process from sketch to shelf • Hands-on experience designing Permanent POS retail displays • Proficiency in 3D CAD software; Cinema 4D and Rhino preferred • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Visual storytelling and graphic layout skills • Strong sketching skills are a major plus • Deep knowledge of materials including wood, metal, and acrylics, and manufacturing methods • Passion for sustainable design and experience considering environmental impact • Sharp eye for detail and on-brand execution • Strong communication skills and ability to sell and support ideas • Agency mindset: fast-thinking, solutions-led, and creatively curious • Knowledge of design-led presentations, real-world solutions, and stories that sell • Confidence using project management tools and managing multiple deadlines • Portfolio must be included with the application
