📋 Description

• Conceptualize striking retail displays balancing beauty and practicality • Respond to creative briefs with commercially aware ideas • Design fixtures and component parts considering materials, cost, and sustainability • Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation decks • Collaborate with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production • Integrate sustainable design through material efficiency, reduced carbon footprints, and modularity • Manage multiple creative projects and respond to feedback • Develop innovative retail display concepts from initial sketch through final specification • Contribute to design-led presentations and commercially compelling stories

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design • Strong portfolio showing the design process from sketch to shelf • Hands-on experience designing Permanent POS retail displays • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, Cinema 4D, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong sketching skills • Knowledge of materials including wood, metal, and acrylics, and how things are made • Experience designing with environmental impact in mind • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of design-led presentations, real-world solutions, and stories that sell • Confidence using project management tools and juggling multiple deadlines • Portfolio required with application
