📋 Description

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a fast-paced environment. • Act as an internal advisor for best practices, developing out-of-the-box recruiting strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers. • Define and build effective recruiting and screening processes to ensure efficiency and quality. • Build diverse talent pools and drive social media engagement to attract high-caliber candidates. • Ensure the highest standard of candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. • Foster strong relationships with both hiring managers and high-caliber talent. • Participate in various industry events to proactively attract talent. • Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience recruiting, specifically within a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to recruit top talent at all levels ranging from leadership to entry level roles, including engineering talent. • Proven social recruitment skills, including talent pipeline building and fostering strong professional relationships. • Excellent communication skills: listening, written, and verbal. • Excellent interpersonal and proven relationship management skills. • Detail-oriented—takes ownership for the accuracy and completeness of tasks. • Comfort and ability to thrive in a high-change, fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to proactively balance a varied workload, deal with conflicting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility where required.
