📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide real-time support to a business owner. This role involves joining live calls to take dictation, assisting with communications while traveling, and helping to keep daily tasks and priorities organized. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays, is a plus but not required. • Responsibilities • Join live calls to take dictation and detailed notes • Read emails, text messages, and other correspondence aloud during travel times • Track to-dos, reminders, and important follow-ups to keep the owner organized • Update and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and administrative files • Provide light administrative support as needed, such as scheduling and reminders • Offer flexible availability, with occasional weekend support preferred

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English and strong active listening skills • Highly responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in real-time, fast-paced situations • Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Gmail, and related tools) • Prior experience supporting executives or business owners is a plus
