• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success for our learning platform. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Master-O's learning solutions. • Understand the features and benefits of Master-O’s learning platform. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. • Track and report account performance, sales activities, and key metrics.
• 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a related role in the SaaS, ed-tech, or learning platform industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • MBA is a plus. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
