📋 Description
• Organizing the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize office procedures. • Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. • Assists with reviewing quotes/proposals from carriers. • Assists with preparation of proposals for prospects and clients. • Works with TLC team on time-sensitive tasks. • Ability to prioritize the importance of tasks in a time sensitive environment. • Storing documents electronically • Data input (OneDrive, Excel, PerfectQuote, Employee Navigator, SmartOffice etc.) • Reviewing applications when necessary. • Correspondence with coworkers • Assists with marketing tasks including sending out newsletters and creating prospect presentations. • All other duties assigned.
