📋 Description
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define and evolve the multi-year roadmap • Own Discovery & Experience Design, leading problem framing and UX/CX collaboration • Ensure business outcomes are translated into clearly defined product intent • Create and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in the insurance sector as a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders • Track record of leading large-scale product or transformation initiatives • Experience embedding customer insight into product and roadmap decisions • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability • Experience working in Agile product environments
