📋 Description

• Act as the voice of the customer, representing user needs within the team and ensuring delivery is focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes. • Own and proactively manage a complex, multi-stream product backlog aligned to business priorities and OKRs, ensuring a clear and continuous flow of work for the delivery team. • Facilitate workshops to define and shape work, assess value, and ensure priorities are focused on delivering maximum impact; capture and refine requirements into clear, well-defined deliverables with robust acceptance criteria. • Build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, enabling effective collaboration between the business and technology, with fast feedback loops to deliver outcomes. • Champion the product vision and direction in a way that engages and motivates the team, fostering strong ownership, alignment, and overall team health. • Own and lead the continuous improvement of services, capabilities, and applications, driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability while incorporating user feedback to improve experience, adoption, and overall outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role for 4+ or more years. • Demonstrated success in delivering complex change initiatives with high levels of uncertainty. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to support and get engineering teams truly engaged and excited, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Financial acumen – how to build compelling and good quality business cases and understand ROI. • Experience in creating and tracking clear and concise OKRs. • Strong understanding of agile principles and experience working in lean and fast-moving environments – optimising flow and productivity and promoting good collaboration. • Understanding how to track the success and adoption of change, and how to measure: that desired outcomes are achieved; great usability and customer satisfaction; and overall success of the change initiative.
