📋 Description

• Support the delivery of cyber security services across HVDC and Power Quality installations • Work with customers, project teams and service engineers to deliver cyber security requirements throughout the lifecycle of customer systems • Design, implement and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, switches, routers and supporting infrastructure in critical operational technology environments • Participate in cyber security assessments, vulnerability reviews and risk mitigation activities • Troubleshoot complex cyber security and networking issues and provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders • Develop and maintain cyber security documentation, procedures, policies and technical standards • Advise customers on cyber security risks, industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes and cyber security service offerings across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within cyber security, networking, systems administration or a related technical discipline • Strong understanding of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and secure communications technologies • Knowledge of cyber security principles, standards and best practices, ideally within industrial control systems, operational technology or critical infrastructure environments • Experience working with Windows Server environments, Active Directory and security-focused system administration activities • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within networked environments • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing technical guidance • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Degree qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline and/or relevant industry certifications would be advantageous • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment background checks and, where required, additional security screenings
