• Implement the North America strategy ensuring business development and sustainable growth in the market. • Lead, own, and secure year-on-year operational targets, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and P&L. • Orchestrate the local team to ensure overall operational capacity and capability. • Ensure timely delivery of products, projects, and services, meeting targets for HSE, quality, schedule, financial results, and customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Drive continued improvements in compliance, productivity, delivery, and cost optimization. • Implement HSE and business compliance standards and regulations. • Guide, motivate, and develop subordinates according to HR policies.
• Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 10 to 15 years’ experience of factory management and in the implementation of Lean principles in traditional manufacturing environment • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects with a strategic oversight of a specific product or product group. • Experience of managing manufacturing units in multiple locations and geographies • Must have permanent US work authorization.
