• Manage a portfolio of active merchants and act as their key point of contact. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional HitPay products and features. • Conduct periodic business reviews to improve merchant engagement and retention. • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align new features and campaigns with merchant needs. • Analyze merchant transaction data to uncover growth opportunities. • Share success stories and feedback to inform HitPay’s merchant engagement strategy. • Meet quarterly revenue and upsell targets.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within payments, fintech, or SaaS. • Proven track record of driving revenue expansion through upsell and cross-sell. • Strong understanding of merchant operations and payment ecosystems. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
