• Create and manage custom fields, campaign lists, and workflows in Salesforce to support efficient campaign operations. • Find and enrich lead data, ensuring clean, segmented, and targeted outreach. • Build and execute email campaigns in Marketo, connecting them seamlessly to Salesforce. • Monitor performance and ensure smooth data sync between Salesforce and Marketo. • Set up follow-up and re-engagement campaigns to maximize outreach potential. • Troubleshoot and resolve data sync or quality issues between systems. • Automate data reconciliation processes and document best practices. • Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency. • Build reports in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel to deliver actionable insights. • Analyze data and recommend scalable solutions to improve sales operations.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar role. • You're a Salesforce pro—custom fields, workflows, reports, you name it. • You’re a spreadsheet wizard—formulas, pivot tables, and data magic come naturally. • You've successfully managed sales or marketing campaigns and understand sales metrics inside out. • You're organized, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly. • Bonus points if you’ve worked with Marketo or know your way around marketing automation. • Familiar with CRM–marketing tool integrations? Even better. Clay and AI tools? That’s a huge plus! • You come from a SaaS, eComm, or fast-paced sales environment and know how to adapt quickly.
