📋 Description

• Lead technical discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements. • Develop comprehensive logical and physical design artifacts, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Define and delegate high-level and low-level tasks to the technical team, providing guidance and oversight throughout the development process. • Mentor and coach team members, assisting with technical challenges and ensuring continuous skill development. • Evaluate and recommend technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture and development processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. • Foster collaboration with other technology teams to address dependencies and streamline project delivery. • Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of architectural standards and best practices. • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience • Advanced degree such as a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.) • 10 years’ experience in software development, with a focus on: • Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability • Implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to enable seamless integration between different systems and services • Utilizing Azure services and platforms to build cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability, availability, and security • Designing and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient SQL queries, and implementing database-related functionalities • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and system integration techniques • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred
