• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Stimulus, Vue.js, Postgres, and Linux servers • Experience in developing web applications • A true team player who enjoys collaborative development • Proficient in communicating and reading in English • Proficient in communicating and reading in German • Capable of taking on responsibility as an opportunity, not stress • Interested in understanding the perspectives of our users and clients
