• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience. • 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales preferred. • 3+ years in a people-leadership role. • Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets. • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools. • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Gulf Coast region. • Experience as a sales leader in a manufacturing industry is required.
