• Initiate and maintain communication with customers throughout the install life-cycle • Resolve job-in-process items and manage open services • Perform Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to ensure quality standards • Assist in managing customer inquiries and initiate change requests where needed
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the construction/home improvement industry • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Strong time management and organizational skills • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
