📋 Description

• Perform scheduled inspections of store racking and cantilever systems • Ensure safety and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacturer guidelines • Coordinate with store leadership regarding scheduling, inspection findings, and routine training • Review materials needs • Identify opportunities with the inspection app • Provide feedback on field trends and inspection processes • Perform ad hoc requests as needed • Review independent engineering inspection audits for feedback and learning • Perform and review store racking inspections across the assigned territory • Address immediate safety concerns and provide training on National Racking Standards • Typically travel overnight more than 50% of the time • Report to the Senior Manager of Inspections • Work without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma and/or GED, typically acquired knowledge, skills, and abilities • 5 years of work experience • 1+ year of previous leadership experience
