📋 Description
• Responsible for leading a team of associates and owns the end‑to‑end sales reporting • Partners closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales Audit, IT, Finance • Monitors the team's progress against departmental goals • Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports
🎯 Requirements
• 7-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field is preferred • Leadership Experience: 2-5 years of people or project team management experience • Experience with OTC processes in SAP S/4 Hana • Experience in different technologies such as business querying, analytics tools, and AI • Ability to build queries and research large data sets leveraging tools such as Google Big Query • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or other designation (e.g., CPA, CMA)
