📋 Description

• Provide companionship and emotional support • Help older people remain safe and independent at home • Support clients with personal care while maintaining dignity and respect • Assist with meal preparation and encourage healthy eating • Provide medication reminders in line with care plans • Support clients with daily routines and wellbeing • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families • Visit clients in their own homes and deliver personalised, person-centred care

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving licence • Access to reliable transport • Genuine passion for supporting older people • Kind, caring and compassionate • Patient, reliable and trustworthy • Good communication skills and enjoyment of spending time with older people • Respect for people's independence, privacy and dignity • Passion for providing high-quality care and companionship • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential • No formal care qualifications are required; full training is provided
