📋 Description

• Provide care and support to clients in their homes • Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help • Assist with personal support • Support clients traveling to routine appointments and days out • Prompt and support clients to take medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback to support clients’ ongoing person-centred care

🎯 Requirements

• Caring nature and genuine desire to make a difference • Live within 15 miles of Northwich, or in/around Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach • Full UK driving licence • Access to own private vehicle/personal transport • Right to work in the UK • Willingness to work alternative weekends • Great communication skills • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Good timekeeping • No prior care experience required; full training provided
