📋 Description

• Provide care and support for clients in their homes and surrounding areas • Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help • Assist clients with personal support • Support clients travelling to routine appointments and days out • Prompt and support clients to take medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback to support ongoing person-centred care

🎯 Requirements

• Live in or around the Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach area • Live within 15 miles of Northwich • Full UK driving licence • Access to your own private vehicle/personal transport • Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship offered • Caring nature • Genuine desire to make a difference • Great communication skills • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work as part of a team and complete lone working • Good timekeeping • Alternative weekend working required • No prior care experience needed; full training provided
