📋 Description

• Keep clients safe and secure in their own homes • Build trusted relationships and share meaningful moments with clients • Encourage independence and wellbeing • Support personal care routines with dignity and kindness • Assist with medication reminders • Prepare nutritious meals • Receive a full briefing and formal introduction with an experienced team member when meeting clients for the first time • Support adults and older adults in the local community • Enhance the lives of ageing adults and their families

🎯 Requirements

• Kind-hearted, compassionate, and motivated to help others • Flexible availability; full-time or part-time hours available • Ideally a car driver, although alternative transport methods will be considered • Based in or near Skelmersdale, Up Holland, Rainford, Parbold, or surrounding villages • Must have the right to work in the UK • Employer is not a licensed sponsor and cannot offer visa sponsorship • Role subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references • No prior experience required; training provided
