📋 Description

• Support older adults in their own homes in the Deal, Sandwich and Dover, Kent area • Provide personal care and mobility support • Prepare meals and hot drinks • Complete light household tasks to keep homes safe and comfortable • Provide companionship, conversation and a friendly face • Provide some personal health-related support after training • Deliver visits of at least one hour without rushing • Participate in paid training and Care Certificate completion

🎯 Requirements

• Right to work in the UK • Full driving licence and access to a car • Clear English and good communication skills • A warm, patient and caring nature • No prior experience or medical background required • Availability for morning shifts (07:00–14:00) and/or afternoon shifts (14:00–21:00) • Availability Monday to Friday with alternate weekends required
