📋 Description

• Keep Clients safe and secure in their own homes • Build trusted relationships and share meaningful moments with Clients • Encourage independence and wellbeing • Support personal care routines with dignity and kindness • Assist with medication reminders • Prepare nutritious meals • Receive a full briefing and formal introduction with an experienced team member when meeting Clients for the first time • Support adults and older adults to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes

🎯 Requirements

• Kind-hearted, compassionate, and motivated to help others • Flexible availability • Ideally a car driver; alternative transport methods considered • Based in or near Skelmersdale, Up Holland, Rainford, Parbold, or surrounding villages • Right to work in the UK • Home Instead is not a licensed sponsor and cannot offer visa sponsorship • Enhanced DBS checks required • Satisfactory references required • No prior experience required; training provided
