• Support older people to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes • Provide companionship • Provide personal care • Prepare meals • Support medication • Complete shopping and errands • Support clients to access the community • Help clients maintain independence and dignity • Build meaningful relationships and provide person-centred care • Work regular scheduled shifts and visits

🎯 Requirements

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential • Able to commit to regular and reliable working patterns • Kind and compassionate • Reliable and committed • Warm and personable • Good communicator • Passionate about supporting older people • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Satisfactory pre-employment checks • Right to work in the UK • Must be able to work without sponsorship • Enhanced DBS disclosure required
