📋 Description

• Design, build and review code for our fraud and abuse backend platform. • Iterate on features using Scala and technologies within GCP. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the product team and other Hopper teams. • Operate autonomously but work closely with engineers and PMs to ensure high alignment. • Ship code in days, iterating on features in an agile manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems. • Experience with Scala (no prior experience required). • Knowledge of GCP services (GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Spanner). • Ability to ship code in an agile manner. • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
