• Get to Know Us • Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. • Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. • As a Senior Manager, Engineering at Horizon3.ai, you will lead the growth and execution of critical engineering teams that power our autonomous pentesting platform, NodeZero.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of building and launching new products in a fast-paced startup environment. • Highly technical background with expertise in software development, cybersecurity, and B2B SaaS multi-product platforms. • Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to market, including the development of POCs, MVPs, and GTM strategies. • Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time management. • Creative, self-motivated, highly energetic, detail and results-oriented. • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers. • Excellent analytical/problem-solving ability. • A positive attitude, and a desire to build accessible products for all users. • Ability to understand the product, its logs, and troubleshoot errors. • Strong technical documentation and communication. • Strong ability to identify procedural gaps, implement engineering best practices, and streamline and empower the team to build the best new products at high velocity.
