📋 Description

• Partner across disciplines to define and deliver features that meet real user needs • Model AI-native ways of working for the Flights team • Turn complex ideas into clear, simple flows • Design for the best outcomes • Build trust and collaboration with product, engineering, and design peers while raising the quality bar across the organization • Lead design reviews and refine feedback-gathering and decision-making processes • Continuously push fellow designers to sharpen their craft and clarity • Set the design bar for Flights Search, shaping how travelers discover, compare, and choose flights • Design scalable systems, patterns, templates, and components • Partner with product and engineering at the architecture layer • Build code prototypes and integrate AI into the design workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of the full product development process, from product planning and discovery through concepts, build-ready designs, and prototypes • Experience building prototypes in code • Daily use of AI in the design workflow • Experience with Cursor and Figma Make • Proven stakeholder management with product managers, engineers, data teams, and executives • Ability to design patterns, templates, and components enabling PMs and EMs to ship independently • Clear communication and storytelling skills • Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, simple flows
