📋 Description

• Responsibility for international performance campaigns from strategy through execution • Direct communication with clients • Advising on and implementing optimizations in relevant tools • Planning, managing, and optimizing Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns • Monitoring and managing KPIs, budgets, and performance • Developing A/B/n and multivariate testing setups • Preparing and presenting results to clients, including reporting and developing a compelling storyline • Close collaboration with the Team Lead and an interdisciplinary team of specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Initial or extensive experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEA / Paid Search • Customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach • Confident, convincing communication with clients and colleagues as equals in day-to-day business and pitches • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics • English proficiency for regular professional use • German proficiency at least at C1 level • Certifications in relevant tools are a plus
