📋 Description
• Unterstützung des Recruiting-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft • Terminierung und Koordination von Interviews und Gesprächen • Pflege von Bewerberdaten und Dokumentationen im Bewerbermanagementsystem • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen • Kommunikation mit Bewerbern per Telefon und E-Mail • Unterstützung beim Bewerbermanagement und der Prozesskoordination • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kandidatenunterlagen • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Personalwesen oder Assistenzbereich • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Verlässlichkeit • Selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
