🎯 Requirements

• ca. 3–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting. • mindestens 2 Jahre im Full-Cycle-Recruiting. • Commercial-Rollen wie Sales, Marketing, GTM, Operations oder Customer Success besetzt. • Recruiting von Briefing bis Offer verantwortet. • dynamische Umfelder wie Startups, Scale-ups und KMUs. • strukturiert und transparent arbeiten: Scorecards, Pipeline-Updates, Wochenreports und saubere Hiring-Prozesse. • sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren.
