📋 Description

• Work directly with consultants and client directors who use the team’s products and connect it to the business • Serve as the first point of contact for users of live analytical products • Triage user questions, requests, and changes; resolve issues or schedule follow-up work • Own the team’s Azure DevOps backlog • Manage delivery processes, change and release discipline, governance, and approvals • Maintain documentation, records, and evidence for governance, reporting, and assurance obligations • Contribute to building new analytical products • Develop reusable components, libraries, and templates • Contribute to the team’s internal delivery and deployment platform • Work across Python, Shiny, Quarto, git, Azure DevOps, containerised deployment, and infrastructure-as-code

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting mindset and enjoyment of working across a wide variety of problems • Evidence of analytical or data work that other people relied on • Experience supporting users of something you or your team built • Experience handling user requests and changes • Experience maintaining documentation, governance processes, and delivery records • Working experience of Python • Some experience with Shiny or another interactive analytical UI framework, Quarto or similar reporting tooling, git, Azure DevOps or another pipeline and work-tracking platform • Clear appetite to learn the remainder of the technology stack quickly • Ability to build without AI coding agents and to read, write, debug, review, and explain code independently • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team primarily collaborating over Teams • Ability to work in a fast-growing firm with incomplete and evolving processes, systems, and structures • Employee Benefits, Pensions, or Insurance experience is not required
