📋 Description

• Deliver Broadcom software adoption through presentation, demonstration, installation, configuration, deployment, and proof of concept • Technically qualify Broadcom Mainframe solutions and communicate their benefits to customers and partners • Understand customer technology needs and architect appropriate solutions • Build relationships across customer and partner IT silos; document and share infrastructure knowledge, challenges, and technical impacts • Execute complex product integration demonstrations and proofs of concept, customizing them to customer environments • Maintain deep technical knowledge of business-unit products • Provide technical specifications and requirements documentation • Present solution benefits and address client technical and functional requirements • Provide technical leadership during trials, proofs of concept, and complex demonstrations • Communicate competitive differentiators and develop customer and partner references • Assist account teams with opportunity planning, forecasting, and financial targets • Coordinate internal and external resources to pursue opportunities • Provide feedback to business units for product improvements • Support proposal development, solution architecture overviews, statements of work, need-based sales methodology, and enterprise management tools • Assist partner enablement, technical training, and partner-led opportunities • Collaborate with and effectively run virtual teams • Resolve daily issues independently and escalate larger issues • Advise account teams and sales management on solution approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise as a subject matter expert in one of: IBM Mainframe Workload Manager and Performance Management; IBM Mainframe Storage Management; or IBM Mainframe AIOps and Auto Domain • Strong knowledge of relevant Broadcom, IBM, Tivoli, BMC, Omegamon, CA-Sysview, CA OPS/MVS, or CA Netmaster solutions • Bachelor's degree at least / Bachelor diploma or global equivalent in Computer Science or a related degree • Typically 10 or more years of detailed MAINFRAME technical industry-related experience • Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services • Experience in related industry disciplines, technologies, and related application experience • Experience resolving complex technical issues and integrating multiple products to create solutions • English (Native) and proficiency in major European languages • Must be eligible to permanently reside and work unrestricted in the UK • IT industry-specific certifications • Ability to travel approximately 50% or more yearly
