📋 Description

• Supervise construction sites and monitor executed work to ensure conformity with plans, standards, specifications and legal requirements • Review plans, drawings and other construction-related documents as the basis for carrying out the work • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules • Conduct regular site inspections, acceptance checks and walkthroughs • Participate in construction meetings and HSE meetings in collaboration with our occupational safety specialists and safety and health coordinators • Work closely with on-site construction support teams • Document and communicate defects, site obstructions, scope changes, delays and schedule adjustments on behalf of our client • Prepare reports, defect logs and photo documentation • Execute site handovers and secure evidence documentation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in project management or construction coordination, ideally in an industrial environment • Confident, team-oriented manner and strong communication skills • Solid technical knowledge in construction and good understanding of relevant standards and regulations • High organizational skills, ability to multitask and a structured working style • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and proficient use of MS Office
