📋 Description

• Build scalable data pipelines powering AI models, machine learning workflows, and intelligent product features • Transform large and complex datasets into trusted, high-quality, AI-ready data assets • Develop ETL/ELT solutions using Python, SQL, AWS, and modern data engineering practices • Improve data quality, monitoring, governance, and reliability across data platforms • Contribute to AI initiatives including dataset versioning, labelling workflows, and AI-powered automation • Collaborate with AI engineers, software engineers, and product teams on complex technical challenges • Explore new technologies and help evolve platforms supporting Ideagen's AI strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or data integration solutions • Strong Python and SQL skills • Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimise data workflows • Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, or Athena • Understanding of data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance principles • Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, MLOps, or large language models would be advantageous • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI environment
