• years of consulting experience, ideally within technology or SaaS environments. • expertise in configuring, personalising, or developing Ideagen software (or similar solutions) to meet customer needs. • strong presence and credibility when engaging with executive‑level stakeholders. • highly organised, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • innovative, forward‑thinking, and comfortable shaping new ideas and approaches. • proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce). • experience supporting or managing others, such as through coaching, mentoring, or matrix leadership. • strong leadership qualities, effective negotiation skills, and experience in business development.
