📋 Description

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits products and services, ensuring solutions are human-centered and aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that address key member needs • Utilize user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to inform design decisions and continually improve experiences • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate and validate design concepts • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices across all medical benefits experiences • Partner with other Product and Design teams to ensure consistency and cohesion throughout the member journey • Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and building alignment across teams • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the design organization • Support and contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes • Experience designing complex user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated industries • Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders • Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
