📋 Description
• Shape the technical foundation of a platform for healthcare decisions • Tackle problems in health data • Lead across the full lifecycle: architecture, design, implementation, review, observability • Use coding agents, copilots, and AI-assisted tooling in development
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong full-stack or backend-leaning engineering fundamentals • Deep experience with modern web application stacks; familiarity with Python/Django, TypeScript/React, Node.js and related tooling • Deep fluency with AI-assisted software development • Demonstrated ability to guide, constrain, and review AI-generated code • Experience applying AI tools across the software lifecycle • Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives across teams • Strong system design skills • Experience with large or evolving codebases • Strong product judgment • High agency in ambiguous environments • Strong ownership of production outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Collaborative, low-ego working style
