📋 Description
• Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants • Make outbound follow-up calls regarding acknowledgement errors • Manage incoming email- or text-generated tickets through the CRM portal • Return calls for voicemails that generate tickets • Perform minor troubleshooting of product or service problems • Route calls and tickets to appropriate channels when necessary • Facilitate and document accurate correspondence between restaurants and customers • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Fluent in English • Fluent in Mandarin • Availability for evening and weekend shifts • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Efficient operation of a computer in a Windows-based environment • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future • Call center experience is a plus • Food industry experience is a plus • Self-directed and self-motivated
