📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor a world-class team of Sales Engineers in the ANZ region • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to the team members • Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning • Partner closely with the ANZ Sales Director and Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and territories • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product, the competitive landscape, and our customers' industries • Ensure the team effectively qualifies opportunities and removes all technical objections in the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect) within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry • 3+ years of formal experience managing and leading a sales engineering team • A track record of hiring and developing exceptional talent • An inspiring 'player-coach' mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and C-level business audiences • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling) • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks • Experience working with or within MSPs, VARs, and Distributors
